Among the four presidential suites, the Maestro Suite stands out as the biggest and most luxurious. The two-floor apartment is located in the tower of the main structure and has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and library. Outdoor recreation is also promoted on the expansive panoramic balcony and exclusive lounge patio. Extra benefits of the Maestro Suite include 24/7 butler service and the ability to use a limousine.

At the Dolder Grand, every meal is an adventure, offering private omakase tastings, innovative vegan options, and Michelin-starred fine cuisine. The menu of Saltz Restaurant, the all-day eating facility, offers a direct and uncomplicated approach to gourmet food. I am an avid enthusiast of a high-quality breakfast buffet, and Saltz happens to provide one of the most exceptional ones I have ever had. Begin at the customizable omelet station, then go to the phrazle bread and pastry table to choose a delectable piece of freshly baked sourdough to accompany your eggs, along with a chocolate croissant to indulge your morning want for something sweet. It is essential to create your own little açaí bowl. At the juice bar, you will have a wide range of options to choose from, with a vibrant assortment of tastes (I opted for a traditional green juice). The nearby outside patio is an ideal location to have your morning coffee.

The hotel is renowned for its gastronomic excellence, with a prestigious Michelin two-starred restaurant known as "The Restaurant." Executive chef Heiko Nieder prepares amuse bouche and 4-course lunch menus that are subject to change. For dinner, he offers tasting menus with a choice of six or eight courses. Additionally, guests are provided with the opportunity to complement each meal with a wine tasting experience. This experience entails the meticulous selection of wines from a vast assortment of over 500 blends by the sommelier present on the premises. Private dining may accommodate parties of up to 12 people. For groups of six or more, the chef will create a specifically tailored menu.

The Dolder Grand provides a remarkable 18-course omakase dining experience inside Suite 100. Mikuriya, a clandestine eatery, derives its name from the concept of a culinary space exclusively dedicated to preparing meals for esteemed patrons. With a seating capacity of a mere eight, this establishment ensures an intimate and immersive experience, allowing customers to see firsthand the masterful craftsmanship of chef Atsushi Hiraoka. Additionally, do not overlook the opportunity to enhance this sensory experience by complementing it with sake, shochu, or Japanese beer pairings.

The hotel has just introduced a new temporary vegan restaurant called Blooms, which offers a menu that changes with the seasons. Chef Heiko Nieder and his crew introduced a tasting menu last summer in the vegetable garden on the premises. This menu consists of small, easily changeable dishes produced from materials obtained straight from the abundant lush greens and fruit that surround your table.
